Beginner's Mind

More importantly it is a place to gather thoughts, reflect on my days, and prepare for the next day. It is a place to discuss philosophy, the art of trading, and a space to cultivate the unending journey to self-mastery in life. I set a few goals for today as well: CMT Level 1 December 2023 CMT Level 2 Start October 2023 Maverick Trading Finish Materials December 2023 NASM PES Specialization November 2023 Read 5 Books by year's end. Karate 3x week Kaizen MMA 3x week Guitar 3x week Master Steel Mace + Indian Clubs As with all things internal reflection becomes more real when made external. I intend to reach higher heights this year starting with regulating my schedule with fine precision. Checklist: I worked for 6 hours at the gym. I practiced HIIT cycling for 30 minutes before 1.5 hour of Washin Ryu Karate. I finished a 100-question practice test for the CMT level 1 and passed 88%. I finished chapter 1 of the NASM PES. I reviewed a Bollinger Band strategy with Maverick for 1 hour. "I let go of all resistance to prosperity, and it comes to me naturally. Prosperity and abundance surround me." Market Review:

The SPX is in uptrend - price action is sloping upward, price is above the 200 and 20SMA but price action briefly dipped below both the 20SMA and 50SMA, and the 20SMA has now crossed below the 50 SMA. This is a warning signal but the market posture is still bullish. Market Posture: +2 Bullish

The price action is entering a symmetrical triangle consolidation. The price has been in a solid uptrend and volume is not unusually high. I interpret this as a consolidation period preceding continuation to the upside. As always confirmation of breakout means a close above or below the S/R lines. Basket of Trades: 6 Bullish 2 Neutral 2 Bearish
